RECENT ACQUISITIONS
1. ARI (Applied Research International) – 100% Stake
Zen bought 100% of ARI to expand from land-based to naval simulators. This helps the company offer complete training solutions for the Army and Navy. ARI is expected to bring in strong revenues, possibly ₹400–500 crore in the future.
2. Vector Technics – 51% Stake
Zen took a majority stake in Vector Technics to build drone parts in India and cut dependence on imports. This strengthens Zen’s anti-drone systems and helps it enter drone manufacturing. After Operation Sindoor, the company is seeing strong interest from U.S. and European markets.
3. Bhairav Robotics – 45.33% Stake
Zen owns 45% of Bhairav Robotics, which works on robots and autonomous defense systems. This fits Zen’s aim to develop AI-based combat tech like robotic weapons and remote-controlled gun stations. The company is still early-stage but has filed for patents and has good future potential.
MANUFACTURING UNIT
Zen Technologies Ltd. specializes in military training solutions and counter-drone systems, with its main manufacturing unit in Hardware Park, Telangana. To reduce risk from having all operations in one location, the company is setting up a second R&D and production facility in Goa. This move acts as a backup (Plan B) in case of disruptions in Hyderabad. The new Goa facility will also support growth in advanced simulators and drone technologies, while spreading operations for better resilience.
