MANUFACTURING UNIT & R&D CENTERS
Manufacturing Units
Fiem Industries operates 9 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across major auto-hubs in India, enabling logistic cost savings and just-in-time delivery. These units include: Kundli (Haryana), Hosur (Tamil Nadu), Mysore (Karnataka), Hosur (Tamil Nadu), Nalagarh (Himachal Pradesh), Rai (Sonepat, Haryana), Tapukara (Rajasthan), Ahmedabad (Gujarat). The company has invested in best-in-class injection molding machines across its 9 plants, ranging from 50 tonnes to 1,400 tonnes, capable of making parts weighing from 20 grams to 2.5 kilograms.
R&D & Design Centers
Fiem has 3 R&D and Design Centers located in India, Italy, and Japan. These centers are crucial for new product development, design, and technical support to Japanese OEMs. A new Innovation & R&D Centre has been opened in Gurugram, consolidating mechanical, optical, and electronics, along with Computer-Aided Engineering(CAE) capabilities. It will also feature a state-of-the-art EMC/EMI electronic validation laboratory, a first of its kind in the Indian lighting industry.

Capital Expenditure: A capex of ₹138.28 Cr was made in FY25. Future capex plans include approximately ₹200 Cr for regular capex over the next 3 years and potentially another ₹200 Cr for 4-wheeler business over the next 3-4 years.
Increased LED Penetration: The shift towards LED-based lighting in both two-wheelers and four-wheelers is a significant growth driver. All new projects in Fiem's pipeline are 100% LED. The higher realization per vehicle from LED products (at least 2x compared to conventional) will contribute to revenue growth.
Expansion in 4-Wheeler Segment: The company is aggressively pursuing opportunities in the passenger vehicle (PV) segment, with a substantial RFQ pipeline of around ₹700 Cr. Orderbook: Fiem has an RFQ (Request for Quote) pipeline of approximately ₹700 Cr for the Passenger Vehicle (PV) business. The SOP (Start of Production) for a significant portion of these high-value RFQs is expected in 2028, with other products rolling out in the current and next fiscal years.
