Strategic Projects and New Initiatives / Future Outlook
Addictive Learning Technology Ltd is driving growth through several strategic initiatives. The company plans a for-profit US university (likely in Florida or Texas) with an MBA in AI and Data Science, leveraging US regulatory advantages for student financing, pricing, and brand credibility, with most US revenue expected to flow through it.
ALTL is shifting from ad-led marketing to AI-driven community engagement, with over 30% of revenue now coming from community leads, and is expanding services platforms like Hello Paralegal and AI-powered job portals, currently generating ₹25 lakh/month, with potential to scale to ₹1 crore/month. Low-ticket courses under Brihaspati.ai and Skills After AI, along with a microlearning platform, target new segments in India and the US. Strategic partnerships with IIMs, IITs, NLUs, NALSAR, NSDC, and Skill India enhance brand credibility.
Looking ahead, ALTL focuses on innovation in learning, global expansion, scaling sales, and growing services exports to provide recurring revenue and practical learner exposure. For FY26, management projects a minimum revenue of ₹50–60 crore over six months, with profitability expected to grow as revenue scales while costs remain flat.

Nice post, thanks. Just wondering - How effective has this company been outside the law? The new paralegal platform for freelancers has made me wonder if it is moving more towards the marketplace from the upskilling? Or they are seeing a growth challenge in the core business to scale without a marketplace.
